Role Overview:
The Lead Community and Brand Identity Manager will spearhead our efforts to build, grow, and manage our game’s community while shaping and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity. This role is essential for engaging with our audience and ensuring our game's message and values are communicated effectively across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and community strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and the interests of our gaming community.
Lead the creation of engaging content across various social media platforms to boost user engagement and foster a positive community environment.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback to ensure a respectful and constructive dialogue.
Coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Organize and manage community events, both online and potentially in person, to enhance player engagement and loyalty.
Analyze community trends and provide insights to the development team to help shape future game updates and strategies.
Oversee a team of community managers and content creators, providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met.
Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in community management or brand development, preferably within the gaming industry.
Strong understanding of social media management and strategy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of growing and managing large and active communities.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading a team and managing direct reports.
Passionate about gaming and deeply knowledgeable about the gaming community and culture.
