We are now looking to expand our team with a Lead Community and Brand Identity Manager who is adept at shaping and nurturing our game’s community and brand presence.

Role Overview:

The Lead Community and Brand Identity Manager will spearhead our efforts to build, grow, and manage our game’s community while shaping and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity. This role is essential for engaging with our audience and ensuring our game's message and values are communicated effectively across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and community strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and the interests of our gaming community.

  • Lead the creation of engaging content across various social media platforms to boost user engagement and foster a positive community environment.

  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to community feedback to ensure a respectful and constructive dialogue.

  • Coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.

  • Organize and manage community events, both online and potentially in person, to enhance player engagement and loyalty.

  • Analyze community trends and provide insights to the development team to help shape future game updates and strategies.

  • Oversee a team of community managers and content creators, providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in community management or brand development, preferably within the gaming industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media management and strategy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven track record of growing and managing large and active communities.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience leading a team and managing direct reports.

  • Passionate about gaming and deeply knowledgeable about the gaming community and culture.
